From there, he stepped into the role of Head of Marketing for the largest bathroom remodeling company in America, where he learned what it takes to turn a home services brand into a household name — and, more importantly, what it takes to make customers feel taken care of at every step.

That obsession with customer experience followed him when he launched Pure Mist Pressure Washing, which has grown into the largest pressure washing company in Medina County.
